Submitting the contact form, booking a call, or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship. Every engagement is governed by a signed agreement covering scope, pricing, confidentiality, and IP — and in every engagement, the code and IP we build for you is yours.

Case-study metrics, timelines, and pricing bands on this site are indicative, drawn from real engagements, and validated per engagement. They are not an offer; final numbers are confirmed in a proposal.
Intellectual Property
The Nugen name, logo, and site content are the property of Nugen IT Services. Client names and marks referenced in case studies remain the property of their respective owners.
